2.5 Game Sheets

2.5          GAME SHEETS

            The following information must be filled out by the respective teams on the game sheet, prior to the start of the game.

 

·                      Branch, category, venue, date, type of game and team names

·                      Player names and jersey numbers

·                      Team officials occupying the players’ bench

·                      Signature of a team official verifying the information is accurate

 

            The following information must be filled out be the Referee on the game sheet, prior to the start of the game:

 

·                      Number of skaters + goaltenders (15+2) participating in the game

·                      Names and registration numbers of the on-ice officials

 

Note: Off-ice officials (Timekeeper, Scorekeeper & Goal Judges) are also expected to print their name on the game sheet prior to the game.

 

After the game the Referee will ensure all penalties have been recorded correctly and legibly on the game sheet. A line should be placed below the last penalty and goal and the total number of goals for each team should be reorded on the game sheet.

 

The Referee is responsible for submitting the original game sheet to the Bowles Arena within 7- days of the game.

 

Should changes to the original game sheet be required, a written explanation with the details for the change must be recorded on the reverse side of the official game sheet.
