2.6              INCIDENT REPORTS

An Incident Report must be filled out and submitted for all:

 

·              Match Penalties

·              Gross Misconducts

·              Game Misconducts

·              Misconducts within the last 10 minutes of the 3^rd period or overtime

 

            Incidents must be reported to Hockey Nova Scotia (on a proper Incident Report Form) by electronic mail, or fax, no later then noon (12pm) of the following day.

 

            Officials who don’t have access to electronic mail or a fax machine, within this time frame, should immediately contact the Referee-in-Chief to make other arrangements.

            Officials who do not follow the procedure for reporting incidents will be reminded of the responsibility for the job, and may have further assignments re-evaluated.
